Ribeye Steak W/ Bourbon Cream Sauce

For the steak
  • 1 12-16 oz Bone-In Ribeye Steak
  • 1 Bottle of Buffalo Trace
  • 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of black peppercorn whole
  • Sprigs of Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

For the grilled zucchini
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thick strips
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
  • Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 basil leaves, torn into medium pieces
