For the steak
- 1 12-16 oz Bone-In Ribeye Steak
- 1 Bottle of Buffalo Trace
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup of Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of black peppercorn whole
- Sprigs of Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
For the grilled zucchini
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thick strips
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
- Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 basil leaves, torn into medium pieces
