INGREDIENTSYour favorite pasta.
Pinch of Salt.
Pasta Sauce (your choice).
Fire up your Arteflame grill and get it ready to grill.
Add a pot of hot water to the cooktop and let it sit so it gets to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
Add some cooking oil to the cooktop and put your raw pasta directly on the cooktop. Stir and cook until it turns a golden brown. (usually 10 - 15 mins.)
Let the pasta cool until the water boils. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente. This will take longer than usual, about 15 mins. Take the pasta out of the pot and drain the water. Add the sauce and the grated parmesan.
This preparation will give the pasta a toasted, nutty flavor that goes well with understated sauces.
