Mandarin campfire brownie with Pork Panko

Recipe by @seattlebutcherswife

Ingredients:
4 satsuma/mandarin oranges
1 box of brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker)
1 Tbsp Pork Panko
1 chocolate bar

Directions:
Fire up the Arteflame grill.
In the meantime, Cut the tops off of the mandarin oranges
Scoop out the inside hollow
Mix brownies (according to box instructions)
Fill each mandarin orange “cup” and sprinkle about 1/4 tsp of Pork Panko half way through.
Leave almost an inch at the top.  (There will be leftover batter)
Wrap each mandarin in foil.
Shift the coal under the sides.
Set them upright so they don’t spill near the fire.
Rotate frequently for even cooking.
Roast approximately 15 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before eating.  Serve with pieces of chocolate sprinkled in the remaining Pork Panko
