Grilled Scallops in Sage Butter

6 Large Scallops cleaned and muscle removed½ cup butter3 fresh sprigs of sageSalt & pepper
In small cast iron skillet on grill, place butter, sage and salt & pepper until melted and starting to brown.Pour small amount of mixture on to grill, and place scallops on grill to cook in butter mixture for 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown.Add more butter, then flip scallops and cook another 3 - 5 minutes.Sprinkle with more black pepper and serve warm!
