1 pumpkin / 2 butternut squash. (Approx. 6 cups)
2 - 3 Tsp. Butter
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Juice from a whole Lemon
Ice Cream / Whipped Cream / Egg Nog
Put on the Arteflame and let bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Check doneness by piercing the pumpkin with a fork. It's done when the pumpkin is nice and soft.
Add toppings of your choice.
