Grilled Pumpkin or Squash Desert on the Grill

Pumpkin on the Grill


1 pumpkin / 2 butternut squash.  (Approx. 6 cups)

2 - 3 Tsp. Butter

1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Pinch of Salt

Juice from a whole Lemon

Ice Cream / Whipped Cream / Egg Nog

Fire up your Arteflame,
Cut the pumpkin or squash into cubes or long slices,
Place the pieces on aluminum foil and fold into a pouch,
Add the butter, spice, sugar, salt and lemon juice,
Blend all together, then close the pouch tightly,

Put on the Arteflame and let bake for 20 - 25 minutes.  Check doneness by piercing the pumpkin with a fork.  It's done when the pumpkin is nice and soft.

Add toppings of your choice.
