2 whole bronzino fishes fillet and scaled2 cloves garlic2 lemons2 large sprigs of thyme2 Fresh bay leavesGood olive oil (Bonacci)Sea salt & pepper
Cut 1 lemon into 4 slices and place on grill grate.Stuff each bronzino with 1 spring of thyme, 1 bay leaf, and 2 slices of grilled lemon.Rub bronzino with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Cook on grill until skin is crispy - about 5 - 7 minutes per side.Serve with lemon wedges, more salt and fresh pepper.
