Grilled Butternut Squash
The perfect simple way to get dinner started on the grill!

- 1 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded, cut into 1½-inch pieces
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
Heat up the Arteflame grill. Toss squash in oil and place on the side medium hot plancha, seasoning with salt and pepper. Grill, tossing occasionally, until tender and browned, 35–45 minutes.
