FIRE UP YOUR ARTEFLAME GRILL
RUB ALL SIDES OF CHEESE BLOCK WITH A LITTLE OIL AND DIP IN SEASONING OF CHOICE. SCORE TOP OF BLOCK FOR EXTRA FLAIR.
WRAP CREAM CHEESE BLOCK IN ALUMINUM FOIL (DO NOT COVER)
PLACE IN ARTEFLAME PIZZA OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 500' OR 1-2 HOURS INDIRECT HEAT AT 250'
*NOTE IF PLACED ON PLANCHA- COVER TOP OF CHEESE COMPLETELY WITH LOOSE LAYER OF ALUMINUM FOIL.
