INGREDIENTS3 ½ cups (12 oz) Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1/4 cup of Sugar
1/4 cup Fresh Orange or Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Orange or Lemon
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
PREPARATIONFire up your Arteflame and get it ready for grilling.
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour the mix into a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 sauté pan.
Stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved and the cranberries are soft. (+- 10 mins.) Keep stirring until the cranberries burst. (+- 12 mins.)
At this time you can add more sugar, salt or pepper to taste. Mix in the extra ingredients if any and the sauce is ready.
This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.
