
Colorful CHICKEN KABOBS

Dave is showing us how to make a fun recipe for the whole family - colorful chicken kabobs. This recipe is very easy to follow, and the whole family can get involved in the prep. It's always fun to make your own skewers and you can use any and all veggies that you want to make it as colorful as you want. We're not judging you either if you only put chicken on some of them though! Just have fun with it, there is no wrong way to put them together. Enjoy this recipe with your whole family!
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 small zucchini cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 red onion cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
