6 Shucked Oysters
1 Clove Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tbsp Olive OilPinch Sea Salt (or Garlic Salt) & Black Pepper
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
Parmesan Cheese (for shaving)
Fire up your Arteflame and get ready for grilling.
Make the sauce. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper in a blender or blend them together by hand. Place opened oysters directly on the center grill grate. Drizzle the sauce on top of the open oysters. Cover them with a metal bowl or a large pot lid for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove the lid and sprinkle fresh grated parmesan and parsley onto the oysters. Cover them again for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Serve hot :)
