Bourbon Negroni on the Grill

Bourbon Negroni

5 minutes + infusing | serves 4 | easy


4¼ cups bourbon
2 figs, sliced
2 pears, sliced
1 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise, seeds scraped
1 ounce bitter orange aperitif (such as Campari)
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Orange slice, for garnish

Dip the rim of glasses with @psseasonings On The Rocks for a wonderful sweet bourbon spicy punch!



Put all the ingredients in a pot and put it on the Arteflame.  Bring to slow simmer.  Once it simmers, move it to a low heat area of the grill where there is lots of smoke.  This will infuse the mixture with flavor.  Let it absorb the smoke for 15 minutes.  Then serve through a strainer and garnish with a fresh slice of orange.  Serves 4.
