Bourbon Hanger Steaks on the Arteflame Grill

• 3 Hanger Steaks
• Veggies
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Big Swede BBQ Badass Veggie Boost
• Ponzu Sauce

• 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbs Fish Sauce
• 1 Tbs Fermented Black Garlic
• 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
• 1 Tbs Porcini Mushroom Powder
• 1 Tbs Big Swede BBQ Badass Burger Boost
• 2 tsp Black Pepper
• 2 tsp Sea Salt
• 6 oz of Bourbon Whiskey

Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade. Trim the hanger steaks and remove the gristle. Place the hanger steaks into a food safe bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix together thoroughly until they are evenly coated. Let marinate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Trim the veggies and toss with a little soy sauce and olive oil. Season with our Big Swede BBQ Badass Veggie Boost.
Heat your Arteflame plancha to a high temperature for direct cooking.
Grill the veggies until roasted. Drizzle with Ponzu sauce while grilling. Grill the hanger steaks until medium rare. Remove the steaks from the grill and slice against the grain. Serve with the roasted veggies in a large serving tray.
