Ingredients:24+ frozen or fresh, store-bought meatballs.
1lb of thin or original sliced bacon will usually do (about 24)
1/2 slice of bacon per meatball
BearSmokeBBQ Seasoning & bbq sauce
DirectionsFire up the Arteflame grill.
Wrap each meatball with half a slice of bacon. Both ways to make a square shape. Use a toothpick to keep it together if needed
Season with @bearsmokebbq BBq rub and BearSmokeBBQ Sticky Sweet bbq sauce. Put on the Plancha Cooktop until the bacon gets crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
Pour the BearSmokeBBQ Sticky Sweet Bbq sauce on top of the meatballs.
Remove when the sauce slightly hardens and the meatball is cooked through.
Cool & enjoy.
