12 strips of bacon
4 Tsp Pork Panko
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/8 Tsp ground cloves
6 lg marshmallows
2 Hersey chocolate bars
Fire up your Arteflame grill.
Create bacon weave with 6 strips of bacon each (creating two small bacon weave bases)
Mix Pork Panko & spices then sprinkle on each bacon weave base.
While the grill is getting hot, make sure there is oil on the plancha cook top.
Set the bacon weaves on the grill with the Panko side down (this creates a crust)
Carefully flip the weave once it has cooked firm.
Add marshmallows and push them close to the flame. Gently rotating to avoid burning.
When the marshmallows begin to soften set desired chocolate amount on top of the s’more.
Remove and cool before eating. No top necessary for this sweet & savory treat.
