Asian Spring Roll Nachos on the Arteflame Grill- Vegetarian

 

Nachos, round, about 6-8 pieces per serving 

1/4 cup corn 

1/4 cup carrot, thinly sliced 

1/4 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

2 spring onions, chopped 

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese or vegan cheese of choice, grated 

Creamy cashew dressing or for non-vegetarians, substitute ranch dressing 

Fresh cilantro

 

Directions:

Fire up the Arteflame grill or your Arteflame grill insert. When the temperature reaches between 400 and 450, apply a thin coating of oil on the cooktop and you’re ready to go. 

Place nachos on the grill, overlapping them slightly. Allow nachos to get warm. If they burn a bit on the sides, that's OK, they are wonderful!

Layer all the ingredients one by one. End with a layer of creamy dressing and top with cilantro. 

Delicious and Fresh.
