A fun-filled grilling and smoking day for a Super Bowl catering gig yesterday. Grilled on my 40"inch grill from #Arteflame and I smoked up some Kielbasa sausage, Brats and Jalapeño sausage on my #pitbarrelcooker. I Sous vide and grilled 10 Tomahawk steaks that were seasoned with #chefjohnpolitte Steak and Chops Rub. They were enjoyed by all. Thanks Chef John Politte for the amazing seasoning! (at Las Vegas, Nevada)
